Each year Portland Wheelers surveys all volunteers requesting feedback on the past season. Our volunteer-led organization wants to know:

• How was the overall volunteer experience?
• What worked well?
• Where can we improve?
• What more can we learn from all our volunteers?

Our Board of Directors and other volunteers review the survey results and define action steps to support the good results and address any concerns listed.

Below is a high-level summary of the 2021 Volunteer Survey and results. The entire 19 page compilation of all survey answers can be found here.

• Online survey conducted via Google Forms in late January 2022.
• An email with the link to the survey was sent to every 2021 Portland Wheelers volunteer.
• The survey asked 11 questions and provided space for comments.
• 74 survey requests were sent out.
• 65 survey responses were completed.
• Over 200 comments were entered. (approximately 95% were positive)
