Portland Wheelers partners with residential facilities, schools, day programs, and other organizations to provide our ride service to their community. They are our ride partners.

In late winter we work with each of our ride partners to plan for the upcoming season. We design a custom schedule for each, be it weekly, biweekly, monthly, or another frequency. Our season runs from mid May through October.

Ride sessions, morning or afternoon, run approximately three hours. We can also accommodate some special scheduling requests. Our goal is to serve as many people as possible!

In early spring, ride partners receive a Ride Partner Agreement to sign and return. The agreement states the commitments that Portland Wheelers and the ride partner have made to each other for the season.

Ride partners are responsible for providing Portland Wheelers with our signed liability waivers for each wheeler and for having their wheelers ready to ride. They also provide staff to assist residents with safe transitions into and out of our trike seats.

Portland Wheelers and ride partners agree to notify each other as far in advance as possible concerning any need to cancel a ride visit.
